Brightland extra virgin olive oils are consciously made of heirloom Arbequina and Arbosana olives harvested from a single-family farm on California's Central Coast. With Brightland, you know exactly what you’re getting - authentic olive oils and vinegars that are never rotten, overprocessed, or fraudulent. With absolutely no fillers or artificial preservatives. Unique Custom Blends

Pristinely packaged in UV-protected opaque glass bottles to maintain integrity, Brightland’s line includes five custom blends: Awake, Alive, Lucid, Ardor, and Arise — each meticulously crafted with an intention and mood in mind. Awake is ideal for pasta, roast chicken and drizzling over crusty bread, while Alive evokes a verve and vibrancy that’s ideal for vinaigrettes, raw vegetables and dark chocolate.

Brightland also offers fruit-forward, double-fermented and family-farm to table vinegars, each with their own distinct flavor palette and tasting notes. FEMALE FOUNDER’S STORY

Founder and CEO Aishwarya Iyer tells the story of how Brightland was born: "When my husband and I started to get into cooking, we expected to improve our well being. Instead, we got a little nauseous. After eliminating likely culprits like cheese and bread, we discovered - much to our surprise - that the cause was actually our olive oil. A bit of research uncovered that the olive oil Americans consume is not what we think it is. And no one was talking about it. So I decided to start the conversation.

After learning that most of the olive oil that Americans consume is rotten-rancid-adulterated, I wanted to do something about it. Brightland was born out of a desire for better, more honest food production - and a deep belief in the land and what it provides. After moving to California, I wanted to champion American-made, beautiful, extra virgin olive oil that is also elevated - and that’s where the journey began.

Olive oil is a foundation of wellness; a cornerstone of nourishment for thousands of years, and a historic source of wellbeing and ceremony. I believe in the California sun and soil, and the beautiful olives, grapes and fruit they yield. It’s my wish that our products provide abundant nourishment to you and the people you love for many breakfasts, lunches and dinners to come."
