FEMALE FOUNDER’S STORY
Founder & CEO Gina Ozhuthual developed the concept for Bohemian Mama after the birth of her daughter. An ardent shopper and self-proclaimed ‘BoMa’, Gina battled to find beautiful clothes that felt luxurious and looked effortlessly stylish - rather than a forced trendy cut - yet were also made responsibly and priced accessibly.
Gina explains, “Becoming a mother made me far more mindful of how and where products are sourced. It also made me question the fashion trends many women feel obliged to conform to instead of trusting their natural, intuitive sense of individuality. I wanted to create an online boutique that shifts away from the generic offerings that some of the more mainstream brands have, with better standards, exceptional attention to detail, and the kind of customer service I would demand for myself.
